Seanic Adventures is a brand owned and operated by Caboodle Corporation. We take care in packaging and shipping every order so your purchase arrives safely.

Free U.S. Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States on our Caribbean Cruise Scratch Map.

Any applicable shipping charges for other products or delivery options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We'll communicate significant delays when possible.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Our standard shipping transit time is estimated at 3–5 business days after an order ships.

With processing included, most customers can expect delivery approximately 4–7 business days after placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Orders are shipped from Wisconsin, USA.

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Available shipping destinations and rates are determined at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update its tracking system.

Packaging

Our Caribbean Cruise Scratch Maps are carefully rolled and packaged in protective tubes to help prevent damage during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at threadcaboodle@gmail.com with your order number and photographs, if available.

We'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
